Nolans have the pleasure to announce that Hayden Anderson is joining the company from 1 July 2023.

This happy news of Hayden's appointment comes along side other news that Kris Clapham has left the partnership with effect on 30 June 2023.

Many of you will already know of Hayden's great communication skills and ability to deliver clear advice in a timely and hassle free manner.

Hayden has a strong general practice including property, trusts, estate and succession planning, commercial transactions, and rural matters.

Hayden was brought up in Auckland before attending Otago University, obtaining Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees.

He started his career in 2005 at National Law Firm Russell McVeagh in Auckland before moving to inhouse legal roles for various financial services companies, including ING, ANZ, and Westpac.

Prior to moving to Gisborne in 2021, Hayden and his wife Victoria (originally from Gisborne) lived in Sydney for a decade, raising their two sons, Patch and Luca.

Hayden says:- "I'm excited to be joining the partnership to work with Julie and Mel and the rest of the team to continue to provide great service to Nolans clients and the East Coast community.

Many of our clients are currently dealing with challenges and we're keen to assist in any way we can."
