Melanie has a wide general practice but focuses on property (including commercial), local government, governance, trusts and estate planning.
Practicing for over 20 years, Melanie’s career started in commercial property in Wellington.
Following a period overseas working in Glasgow and London she was in-house counsel for a New Zealand local authority. A principal at Nolans since 2018, Melanie has a client focused approach, and aims to understand her client’s needs first, so they get the results they want.
